Ingredients/Components
- salt, to taste - 1 item
- pepper, to taste - 1 item
- mayonnaise, to taste - 1 item
- sugar, to taste - 1 item
- 6-9 hard boiled eggs
- mustard, to taste - 1 item
- vinegar, to taste - 1 item
How to make huzarensla:
Cut all eggs in half. Separate the yolks from the whites. Cut the whites from the eggs in small pieces and mix with vegetables. Mash egg yolks with a fork in a bowl and add mayonnaise, mustard, salt, pepper, sugar and vinegar to taste. Add dressing to vegetables and mix well. Cover and refrigerate. Use within two hours.
