Ingredients/Components

• flour - 1/2 c
• buttermilk - 1 item
• egg - 1 item
• chopped onion - 1 item
• corn meal - 1 c

How to make hush puppies:

Add buttermilk to make a thick batter a little at a time. Drop into enough hot cooking oil to deep fry. When brown, place on paper towel.
