Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 2/3 c
  • cinnamon - 3 item
  • water - 2 c
  • hot water - 1 c
  • cloves - 6 item
  • apple cider
  • pineapple juice - 1/2 qt
  • small can frozen orange juice - 1 item
  • handful red hot candy - 1 item
  • slice of orange on top if desired - 1 item

How to make hot wassail:

Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes the first 4 ingredients. Add apple cider, hot water, pineapple, orange juice, red hot candy and orange slice. May put in a crock-pot to keep hot enough to serve.
