How to make homemade horseradish:
In blender, pour vinegar. Scrape horseradish root. Do not peel. Cut up in 1/2-inch pieces. Drop in blender with vinegar. Blend slowly to a thickness of applesauce. Freeze if you like.Recipe categories: Low protein, Sauces, Condiments, etc..
