Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/4 1/2
- shortening
- self-rising flour - 5 lb
- cream of tartar - 2 Tbsp
- dry milk
How to make homemade bisquick:
Using large container, mix all ingredients together. Blend shortening into dry mixture until the texture of coarse meal. Store in covered container at room temperature. Makes 25 cups. Will keep 4 to 6 months.Recipe categories: Pancakes and waffles, Breakfast, Grains.
