  • sugar - 1 tsp
  • pkg - 1 oz
  • sour cream - 1 pt
  • salt
  • garlic salt - 1/4 tsp
  • ground beef - 2 lb
  • grated Cheddar cheese - 1 2
  • black pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • large onion, chopped - 1 item
  • small cans tomato sauce - 2 item

How to make hamburger casserole:

Brown beef; add next 6 ingredients. Cook until onion is done. Mix soft cream cheese and sour cream with cooked noodles. Put in 2-quart shallow baking dish. Put meat mixture on top and cover with grated Cheddar cheese. Bake at 325° until bubbly hot, about 30 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
