- boiling water - 5 c
- hominy grits - 1 c
How to make grits:
Add butter and salt to boiling water. Slowly stir in the grits. Cover and cook slowly for about 30 to 40 minutes. Stir often.Recipe categories: Low protein, Low sodium, Low fat.
