Green bean salad
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- oil - 1/4 c
- stalks celery, diced - 2 item
- can French-cut green beans, drained - 1 oz
- small onion, cut in rings - 1 item
- each sugar and vinegar - 1/2 c
- small can pimentos, diced - 1 item
- small green pepper, cut in rings - 1/2 item
- small can tiny peas, drained - 1 item
How to make green bean salad:
In large bowl, mix together green beans, peas, celery, green pepper, pimentos and onions. In a separate bowl, mix sugar, vinegar, oil and salt. Pour over bean mixture and gently stir. Cover and let stand in refrigerator for 24 hours. Pour liquid off 1 hour before serving.Recipe categories: Salads, Vegetables, Green/yellow beans.
