Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- granulated sugar - 1 c
- packed brown sugar - 2/3 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- chopped nuts - 1/2 c
- butter
- flaked coconut - 1 c
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- all-purpose flour
- raisins - 1 c
- rolled oats - 1 c
- honey - 1/4 c
- wheat germ - 1/2 c
How to make granola cookies:
Preheat oven to 350°. In large mixing bowl, cream butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, honey, eggs and vanilla until light and fluffy. Mix in flour, baking soda and salt. Stir in rolled oats, coconut, raisins, wheat germ and nuts.Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart onto ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 350° for 14 to 17 minutes or until golden brown. Remove to cooling rack. Makes 5 to 5 1/2 dozen cookies.
