Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 6 Tbsp
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour
- butter - 1/2 lb
- powdered sugar - 4 4
- unsweetened chocolate - 4 sq
- Transfer mixture to a bowl and let cool somewhat
How to make grandma's brownies:
Melt chocolate and butter in saucepan over low heat. Transfer mixture to a bowl and let cool somewhat. Stir in sugar and salt. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing thoroughly after each, but do not beat. Add flour, stirring only until mixed. Add vanilla. Pour into pan and bake 18 minutes. Cool and frost.Frosting:1/2 c. butter6 Tbsp. milk1 1/2 sq. unsweetened chocolate4 to 4 1/2 c. powdered sugar3 tsp. vanilla Boil ingredients 1 minute, stirring all the time.
