Ginger whipped cream

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 Tbsp
• sour cream - 1/4 c
• chilled whipping cream - 1 c
• ground ginger - 1/4 tsp
• dark rum

How to make ginger whipped cream:

Using electric mixer, beat first 3 ingredients in large bowl to soft peaks. Add rum and ginger; beat until almost stiff. (Can be prepared 5 hours ahead.) Cover and refrigerate. Makes about 3 1/2 cups.
