Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/4 c
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- pkg - 8 oz
- milk - 2 Tbsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- cornstarch - 1 Tbsp
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- baking soda - 1/2 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- 1 c - 6 oz
- sifted confectioners sugar
- butter, at room temperature - 1/2 c
- envelopes Nestle Choco-Bake - 4 item
- Beat on high speed until smooth and creamy
- Blend well on low
How to make fudge ribbon cake:
Cream the first 4 ingredients together and add remaining ingredients. Beat on high speed until smooth and creamy. Set aside.Batter:2 c. flour2 c. sugar1 tsp. salt1 tsp. baking powder1/2 tsp. baking soda1/2 c. butter, at room temperature1 c. milk1/3 c. milk2 eggs1 tsp. vanilla4 envelopes Nestle Choco-Bake Combine the first 5ingredients and add butter and 1 cup milk. Blend well on low. Beat 1 1/2 minutes and add 1/3 cup milk, 2 eggs, vanilla and Choco-Bake. Continue beating 1 1/2 minutes on low. Grease and flour bottom of 13 x 9-inch pan. Spread 1/2 of batter in pan. Spoon cheese filling over batter; top with remaining batter. Bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes.Frosting:1/4 c. milk1/4 c. butter6 oz. (1 c.) Nestle semi-sweet chocolate morsels1 tsp. vanilla2 1/2 c. sifted confectioners sugar Combine milk and butter in saucepan; boil. Remove from heat. Blend in chocolate morsels.
