Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon - 1/4 tsp
- skim milk - 1 c
- instant nonfat dry milk - 2 Tbsp
- apple juice concentrate - 1 Tbsp
- ripe bananas, pears or peaches - 2 item
How to make fruit shake:
Cube fruit and remove seeds. Place all ingredients in blender and blend for 30 to 45 seconds or until smooth.Recipe categories: Strawberry, Drinks, Shakes.
