Ingredients/Components
- honey - 1 Tbsp
- fresh strawberries - 1 c
- ripe banana - 1 item
- pineapple chunks in own juice - 1 c
- powdered soy milk - 2 Tbsp
How to make fruit shake:
Pre-chill all fruits. Put all ingredients in blender; blend on medium speed for 30 seconds, then whip at high speed for 10 seconds. Makes 3 servings.Recipe categories: Strawberry, Drinks, Shakes.
