Frozen fruit salad
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- boiling water - 1 c
- can frozen lemonade - 1 oz
- can sliced peaches - 1 oz
- nondairy whipped topping - 3 c
- can pear halves - 1 1/2
How to make frozen fruit salad:
Drain and chop fruit. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add frozen lemonade concentrate and stir until melted. Chill until slightly thickened. Blend in whipped topping and fold in fruit. Pour into 9 x 5-inch loaf pan. Freeze until firm (approximately 4 hours). Unmold and slice. Makes 12 servings.Recipe categories: Pineapple, Salads, Tropical fruits.
