Ingredients/Components
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- pkg - 1 oz
- whipping cream - 1/2 pt
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- small can crushed pineapple, drained - 1 item
- maraschino cherries, chopped - 1/2 c
- can dark sweet cherries, chopped - 1 item
- orange sections, chopped - 1 c
How to make frozen fruit salad:
Mix together (whipping) the cream cheese and mayonnaise. Then add crushed pineapple, sweet cherries, maraschino cherries, orange sections and chopped pecans. Mix well.Whip the whipping cream and fold into cream cheese mixture. Put into molds and freeze well. Serve on lettuce leaf.
