  • cream cheese
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • confectioners sugar - 1/2 c
  • orange juice - 1/2 c
  • crushed pineapple, drained - 1 c
  • pecans, finely chopped - 1/2 c

How to make frozen fruit salad:

Soften cheese with orange juice. Add sugar, vanilla, pineapple and nuts. Freeze in casserole dish sprayed with Pam. Yield: 8 servings.

Note: Chopped maraschino cherries may be added for color.
