Ingredients/Components
- sifted flour
- whole wheat flour
- salt - 2 tsp
- shortening - 2 Tbsp
- water
- oil for deep frying - 1 item
How to make fried bread:
Combine flour, whole wheat flour and salt in bowl. Mix in shortening with fingers. Stir in water with fork until mixture forms dough. Shape into ball. Let rest for 30 minutes.
