Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- stick margarine - 3/4 item
- brown sugar - 1/4 1/3
- white sugar - 1/2 c
- salt to taste - 1 item
- apples, peeled and sliced - 1 qt
- other spices if desired - 1 item
How to make fried apples:
Combine all ingredients, except apples. Bring to a boil, stirring, and cook until it thickens. Add apples; make sure all apples are coated with mixture. Reduce heat and cook until apples are tender. Stir very little so apples will remain intact.Recipe categories: Low protein, Fruit, Apple.
