- butter or margarine - 2 Tbsp
- bacon grease - 2 Tbsp
- tart cooking apples - 6 8
How to make fried apples:
Slice apples (do not peel). Heat grease and butter in heavy skillet. Add apples and sprinkle with sugar. Fry, turning frequently to avoid sticking, until tender.Recipe categories: Low protein, Fruit, Apple.
