  • cinnamon - 3 tsp
  • eggs - 3 item
  • vanilla - 2 tsp
  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • oil - 1/2 c
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • powdered sugar
  • plain flour - 1 c
  • margarine - 1/4 c
  • apples, sliced - 5 c
  • pecans, chopped - 1 c
  • Sift dry ingredients

How to make fresh apple cake:

Mix eggs, oil, sugar and vanilla. Sift dry ingredients. Stir into creamed mixture. Use spoon to stir in apples and nuts. Pour into greased 9 x 13 in. pan. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 to 60 minutes.Icing:4 oz. cream cheese1/4 c. margarine1 1/2 c.
