Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 1 Tbsp
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- water - 3 Tbsp
- nutmeg - 1/4 tsp
- soda - 1 tsp
- baking powder - 2 tsp
- vegetable oil
- powdered sugar
- sifted cake flour
- cloves - 1/4 tsp
- chopped raw apples - 3 c
How to make fresh apple cake:
Icing:1 1/2 c. powdered sugar3 Tbsp. water2 tsp. vanilla Mix cooking oil and sugar together (mix well). Add eggs and beat well. Gradually add flour mixture to the creamed sugar. Add vanilla last and fold in apples and nuts. Grease and flour Bundt pan. You can use a flat 13 x 9 x 3-inch cake pan. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
