Ingredients/Components

  • pkg - 1 oz
  • flour - 1 c
  • pinch of salt - 1 item
  • powdered sugar - 1 c
  • Cool Whip - 9 oz
  • cold milk - 3 c
  • pecans - 1/2 c
  • small boxes chocolate instant pudding - 2 item
  • stick soft oleo - 1 item

How to make four layer delight:

Cream oleo, salt, flour and pecans with a fork. Press into 9 x 12-inch pan. Bake 20 minutes at 350°. Cool. For second layer, cream sugar, cheese and 1 cup Cool Whip. Spread over crust. Using low speed, mix pudding with milk until thick. Spread over second layer. Top with remaining Cool Whip. Sprinkle with pecans. Refrigerate.
