Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- salt - 1 tsp
- vinegar - 1/2 c
- salad oil - 1/2 c
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
- green beans, drained - 1 can
- medium onion, thinly sliced and separated into rings - 1 item
- red kidney beans, drained - 1 can
- cut yellow wax beans, drained - 1 can
- black-eyed peas or limas, drained - 1 can
How to make four bean salad:
Dressing:1/2 c. sugar1/2 c. vinegar1/2 c. salad oil1 tsp. salt1 tsp. dry mustard Mix the vegetables in a bowl. Mix dressing and drizzle over vegetables. Cover and marinate in refrigerator for several hours. Stir several times.Recipe categories: Salads, Beans, North american.
