Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 Tbsp
- salt - 2 tsp
- flour - 4 c
- water - 1/2 c
- vinegar - 1 Tbsp
- large egg - 1 item
- soft shortening
How to make foolproof pie crust:
Cut shortening into flour containing all dry ingredients. beat water, egg and vinegar together. Add to flour mixture and stir until moist. Chill 1/2 hour. Also, may be frozen for a later time.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
