- sugar - 1/2 c
- cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- apples, peeled and cut in large pieces - 3 4
How to make escalloped apples:
Combine sugar, cinnamon and flour; toss with apples in a plastic bag until well coated. Place in a casserole coated with vegetable spray. Dot with butter or oleo. Cover and bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes.Recipe categories: Low protein, Breakfast, Condiments, etc..
