  • water - 1 c
  • Crisco oil - 1/3 c
  • lemon cake mix - 1 pkg
  • lemon pudding and pie filling instant - 1 serving)
  • Duncan Hines lemon frosting - 1/2 c

How to make easy lemon pound cake:

Preheat oven to 350°. Grease and flour 10-inch Bundt pan. Combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, water and oil in a large bowl. Beat at medium speed with electric mixer for 2 minutes. Pour into pan.

Bake 50 to 60 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan 25 minutes. Invert onto serving plate. Cool. Heat frosting in microwave and dribble over cake.
