Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1 c
• vanilla - 2 tsp
• salt - 1 tsp
• flour
• coconut - 1 c
• soda - 1 tsp
• margarine or butter - 1 c
• vegetable oil - 1 c
• egg - 1 item
• chopped nuts optional - 1 c
• cream of tartar - 1 tsp
• brown sugar, firmly packed - 1 c
• crisp rice cereal - 1 c
• quick cooking oats - 1 c

How to make delicious cookies:

Mix in the order given. Shape dough into balls and place on baking sheet. Dip a fork or glass bottom in granulated sugar, then use to flatten cookies. Bake at 350° for 10 to 12 minutes. This is a large recipe which will make about 100 cookies.
