Delicious apple cake

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 2 c
• eggs - 2 item
• vanilla - 2 tsp
• salt - 1 tsp
• flour - 2 c
• nutmeg - 1 tsp
• oil - 1 c
• soda - 1 tsp
• chopped black walnuts - 1 c
• Delicious apples, finely chopped unpeeled - 2 c

How to make delicious apple cake:

Beat sugar, oil and eggs together well. Add vanilla. Sift flour, salt and nutmeg together. Add chopped apples to sugar mixture and beat well.

Stir in flour mixture and nuts. Mix well. Pour batter into greased 2 pound coffee can. Place coffee can into crock-pot. Cover top of can with 6 to 8 paper towels. Cover and cook on high for about 3 1/2 hours. Crock-pot lid should be tilted slightly.
