  • stick oleo - 1 item
  • water - 1 c
  • flour - 1 c
  • eggs - 3 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • Bottom:1 stick oleo
  • cold water - 2 Tbsp

How to make danish puff:

Bottom:1 stick oleo1 c. flour2 Tbsp. cold water Starting with top, melt oleo and water, then add the flour; mix to form a ball. Let stand and work on the bottom. Blend oleo and flour, then add water. Mix with fork and divide into two. Spread each into oblong piece about 3 x 12-inches on a cookie sheet. Take first mixture and add one egg at a time, blending well and adding vanilla last. Spoon this mixture onto the bottom pieces and mound evenly. (Do not spread, but mound gently.) Bake at 350° for 1 hour. When somewhat cool, frost with powdered sugar and butter frosting, topping with nuts.
