Ingredients/Components
- butterscotch chips - 1 pkg
- crunchy peanut butter - 1/2 c
- corn flakes - 2 c
How to make crunchy cookies:
Mix the peanut butter and butterscotch chips in top of double boiler. Melt partially; cool and mix in corn flakes. Drop onto a cookie sheet. Put in refrigerator until cold. Will keep several weeks in refrigerator.Recipe categories: Desserts, Drop cookies, Cookie and brownie.
