  • mayonnaise - 3/4 c
  • medium head cauliflower - 1 item

  • sliced water chestnuts, drained - 8 oz

How to make crunchy cauliflower salad:

Dressing:3/4 c. sour cream3/4 c. mayonnaise2 Tbsp. caraway seed1 (0.37 oz.) buttermilk salad dressing mix Break cauliflower and combine with other ingredients. Combine dressing ingredients; pour over vegetables. Stir well. Cover and chill.
