Cranberry walnut relish
Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- pkg - 1 oz
- orange marmalade - 1 c
- juice of 1 lime or lemon
- coarsely broken English walnuts, toasted - 1 c
How to make cranberry walnut relish:
Wash cranberries and drain. In shallow pan, stir cranberries with sugar. Cover tightly with aluminum foil. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Spread walnuts in separate pan. Toast in oven until light golden brown, about 12 minutes. Stir together baked cranberries, walnuts, marmalade and juice until well mixed.
