Cranberry casserole
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- chopped pecans - 1/2 c
- flour - 1/2 c
- stick margarine - 1 item
- oatmeal - 1/2 c
- orange juice - 3 Tbsp
- raw cranberries - 1 c
- diced apples
How to make cranberry casserole:
Place cranberries, apples and sugar in a greased casserole. Mix flour, pecans and oatmeal and sprinkle over fruit. Melt together margarine and orange juice. Pour over the top of casserole mixture. Bake at 325° for 30 to 40 minutes or until light brown and bubbly. Very good served with a pork roast.Recipe categories: Low protein, Main dish, Casseroles.
