Corn stuffed pork chops
Ingredients/Components
- shortening - 4 tsp
- beaten egg - 1 item
- soft bread crumbs - 1 c
- chopped onions - 1/4 c
- prepared mustard - 1 item
- salt and pepper - 1 tsp
- green pepper - 1 item
- pimento - 2 Tbsp
- can whole kernel corn - 1 item
- can creamed corn - 1 item
- 8 3/4-inch pork chops - 6 item
How to make corn stuffed pork chops:
Brown pork chops in shortening. Spread lightly with prepared mustard. Combine remaining ingredients. Arrange chops, standing up, surrounded by stuffing. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Main dish, Pork chop, Pork.
