Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- vegetable oil - 1/2 c
- cider vinegar - 3/4 c
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- large onion, chopped - 1 item
- dill weed - 1/4 tsp
- large green pepper, chopped - 1 item
- cooked carrots, cut in 1/2-inch slices - 2 lb
How to make copper pennies:
Mix together soup, oil, salt, dill weed, sugar, cider vinegar and pepper. Heat. Then add onion, green pepper and carrots. Chill at least 2 hours. Serve cold.Recipe categories: Low protein, Low sodium, Salads.
