Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- salt - 1 item
- oil
- vinegar - 3/4 c
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- prepared mustard - 1 tsp
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- carrots, cut on slant and parboiled - 2 lb
- onion, cut up small - 1 item
- green pepper, cut up small - 1 item
How to make copper pennies:
Sauce:1/2 c. oil1 c. sugar3/4 c. vinegar1 can tomato soup1 tsp. prepared mustard1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce salt Cool parboiled carrots. Add onion and green pepper.Sauce: Mix well and add to carrots. Put in refrigerator. Will keep for 6 weeks.
