  • vanilla - 1/2 tsp
  • pkg - 20 oz
  • milk - 2/3 c
  • egg - 1 item
  • dash of salt - 1 item
  • dark corn syrup - 3/4 c
  • pecan halves or pieces

How to make cookie crust pecan pie:

Heat oven to 350°. Slice cookie dough into 1/4-inch slices. Place in ungreased 13 x 9-inch pan. With lightly floured hands, press dough over bottom and 1-inch up sides to form crust, pressing dough as thin as possible on sides of pan.

In medium bowl, combine pudding, salt, corn syrup, milk, vanilla and egg. Mix well. Fold in pecans. Pour into crust lined pan. Bake at 350° for 25 to 35 minutes or until edges are deep golden brown and filling is set. Cool completely. Cut into squares.
