Colorful pasta salad
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 tsp
- pinch of salt - 1 item
- chopped walnuts - 1/3 c
- whipping cream - 1 c
- lemon juice - 3 Tbsp
- low-fat plain yogurt - 2 c
- head endive - 1/2 item
- pear, sliced - 1 item
- red apple, sliced - 1 item
- seedless red grapes, sliced
- tri-colored pasta twists - 8 oz
- 3/4 Emmenthaler cheese, rind removed and cut in thin strips - 1 item
How to make colorful pasta salad:
Cook pasta in boiling, salted water until just tender, following package directions; drain. Mix yogurt, lemon juice, sugar and a pinch of salt together. Whip cream until stiff and stir into yogurt mixture. Combine cheese, walnuts, fruits, pasta and yogRecipe categories: Salads, Side dish, Pasta.
