Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 3/4 c
- water - 1/2 c
- shortening - 1/2 c
- egg whites - 3 item
- unbeaten eggs - 3 item
- sifted self-rising flour - 2 c
- Add shortening and half of milk
How to make coconut cake:
Sift into mixing bowl flour and sugar. Add shortening and half of milk. Blend two minutes. Add remaining milk, eggs and vanilla and beat two minutes. Pour into two 8-inch prepared pans and bake 25 to 30 minutes in preheated oven at about 350°.FrosRecipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Egg.
