  • sugar - 2 c
  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • butter - 1 c
  • soda - 1 tsp
  • cocoa - 2 Tbsp
  • Coca-Cola - 1 c
  • buttermilk - 1/2 c
  • powdered sugar - 2 c
  • pecans
  • cake flour - 2 c
  • mini marshmallows
  • Melt butter; add Coca-Cola and cocoa

How to make coca-cola cake:

Mix flour and sugar. Melt butter; add Coca-Cola and cocoa. Heat until boiling. Let cool slightly. Pour over flour and sugar. Mix until blended. Add buttermilk, eggs, soda and vanilla. Mix well and stir in marshmallows. Pour in 9 x 13-inch pan and bake for 40 minutes at 350°.Topping:2 Tbsp. butter2 Tbsp. cocoa6 or 8 Tbsp. Coca-Cola2 c. powdered sugar1 1/2 c. pecans Combine first 3 ingredients in pan. Heat until boiling. Pour over sugar. Stir in nuts. Pour over cake while still hot. Both cake batter and topping will be very thin when all is mixed.
