Classic potato salad

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1 tsp
• salt
• vinegar - 2 Tbsp
• pepper - 1/4 tsp
• mayonnaise - 1 c
• onion, chopped - 1/2 c
• hard-cooked eggs, chopped - 2 item
• celery, sliced - 1 c
• potatoes, peeled, cubed and cooked 5 to 6 medium potatoes - 4 c

How to make classic potato salad:

In a large bowl stir first 5 ingredients until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and toss to coat well. Cover and chill. Makes 5 cups.
