Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- milk - 3 Tbsp
- flour
- brown sugar - 1/2 c
- cocoa - 2 tsp
- confectioners sugar
- margarine - 2/3 c
- peanut butter
- white sugar - 1 c
- crushed corn flakes - 3 c
- light Karo syrup - 1 c
- butterscotch morsels - 1 c
How to make clark bars:
Frosting:1/4 c. margarine2 tsp. cocoa1/2 tsp. vanilla3 Tbsp. milk1 3/4 c. confectioners sugar Preheat oven to 350°. Blend margarine, brown sugar and flour with hands until crumbly. Press into bottom of jelly roll pan. Bake 10 minutes.Bring to boil white sugar and Karo syrup. Remove from heat and add morsels, corn flakes and peanut butter. Stir until melted, then spread quickly over baked crust. Cool. Frost.
Combine all frosting ingredients in saucepan and heat. Frost.
