Cinnamon coffee cake loaf
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- salt - 1-1/4 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- oil - 1/3 c
- buttermilk - 1 c
- baking powder - 3 tsp
- butter, melted - 3 tsp
- sugar, divided - 1-1/4 c
- cinnamon, divided - 3-1/2 tsp
How to make cinnamon coffee cake loaf:
Combine flour, 1 c. sugar, baking powder, salt, and 1-1/2 tsp. cinnamon. In another bowl, combine eggs, buttermilk, vanilla, and oil. Stir in dry ingredients just until smooth. Pour half of batter into bread pan. In small bowl combine remaining sugar, cinnamon, and melted butter. Drizzle half over batter, and swirl with knife. Top with remaining batter and repeat drizzle.
