Chocolate snack cake
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- vinegar - 1 Tbsp
- unsweetened cocoa - 1/4 c
- corn oil - 1/3 c
- strong coffee cooled or 1 c - 1 c
How to make chocolate snack cake:
In an 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan, stir all dry ingredients. In another bowl, mix together all liquid ingredients. Pour liquid ingredients into middle of dry ingredients. Stir with a fork, scraping sides and corners of pan, until the mixture is uniform in color. Bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes or until cake tester comes out clean. Cool in the pan before cutting.For cupcakes, mix in a large bowl and pour into cupcake papers. Bake 20 minutes.
