Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 3 c
- powdered sugar - 1 c
- dash of salt - 1 item
- unsweetened chocolate
- French vanilla instant pudding - 2 pkg
- box graham crackers - 1 lb
- lite Cool Whip - 8 oz
How to make chocolate eclairs:
Topping:2 sq. unsweetened chocolate1 c. powdered sugar1 tsp. vanilla dash of salt Prepare pudding; then fold in Cool Whip. Put a layer of graham crackers in a glass dish. Then add a layer of pudding. Do the same for 3 layers of graham crackers and 2 layers of pudding.Beat all topping ingredients until smooth. Cool before spreading.
