  • flour - 5 Tbsp
  • eggs, beaten - 4 item
  • cream - 5 c
  • milk, scalded - 5 c
  • baking chocolate, melted - 5 oz

How to make chocolate custard ice cream:

Combine sugar, flour and salt in heavy pan. Add chocolate and milk. Cook until thickened or coats a spoon. Add small amount of hot mixture to eggs. Add to rest of mixture and cook for 1 minute longer. Add vanilla. Pour in ice cream freezer can. Chi
