- milk
- flour - 2 c
- butter - 6 Tbsp
- baking powder - 1 Tbsp
- chocolate chips - 1/2 c
- egg - 1 item
- powdered sugar - 1/4 c
How to make chocolate chip scones:
Mix together dry ingredients and cut in butter. Crack egg into liquid measuring cup and add milk until 2/3 cup. Stir liquid and chips into flour mixture. Knead 6 to 8 times. Pat into 6 x 9-inch shape. Cut into 6 squares. Cut each square diagonally tRecipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Scones.
