Chocolate chip cookies

Ingredients/Components

• Crisco - 1/2 c
• sugar - 1/2 c
• brown sugar - 1/4 c
• egg - 1 item
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• flour, plus 2 Tbsp - 1 c
• salt - 1/2 tsp
• baking soda - 1/2 tsp
• semi-sweet chocolate chips - 1 c
• chopped nuts - 1/2 c

How to make chocolate chip cookies:

Cream Crisco and sugars together. Blend in egg and vanilla. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts. Drop by tablespoons onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375° for 10 to 12 minutes or until done.
