  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour - 3 c
  • brown sugar - 1 c
  • baking soda - 1 tsp
  • shortening
  • nuts - 1 c

How to make chocolate chip cookies:

Cream the shortening, sugars, eggs and vanilla. Add remaining ingredients. Roll into balls. Bake at 350° for 6 to 8 minutes.
